Indigo Fields Farm is owned and managed by David & Sheila Meyers. We are dedicated to producing quality food with an integrated approach to growing crops using weed and pest management that eliminates or minimizes the use of synthetic fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides. We strive to maintain and/or improve our environment both locally and globally by balancing protecting our natural resources and health with sustainability. We
are members of the Indiana Vegetable Growers Association. We participate in Indiana Market Maker. Directions to our Henryville market stand: From I65 North or South: Take the Henryville exit 19 and turn west on Hwy 160 less than one tenth of a mile to the first road on your left, Henryville- Bluelick Road. Bear right at the Y in the S curve to stay on Henryville- Bluelick Road to house number 2118 on your left. Directions to our Scottsburg market barn: From Scottsburg: From the intersection of I65 and Hwy56 take Hwy 56 west approximately 7.0 miles to Mount Road. Turn right on to Mount Road and continue straight 0.7 mile to New Cut Road. Turn left on to New Cut Road and continue straight approximately 2.2 miles to Indigo Fields Farm on your right. (Look for the big red barn.) From Salem: From the center of town take Hwy 56 east approximately 11.9 miles to Mount Road. Turn left on to Mount Road and continue 0.7 mile straight to New Cut Road. Turn left on to New Cut Road and continue straight approximately 2.2 miles to Indigo Fields Farm on your right. (Look for the big red barn.)
Days, hours and season of operation: We plan to have cool season produce such as salad mixes (lettuce/greens) around mid May. These products will be available for pick up at our Henryville location. Please check our calendar at the beginning of May for more information as well as the community Farmers Market(s) we will attend and the availability of produce pick up at our Scottsburg market barn.
