This is what the old barn looked like after we cleared away some weeds.  Frankly I wasn't sure how much of it we could salvage.

We decided to remove the front lean-to section and make that area the open air farm market.  We started framing two sides of the remaining barn for new siding.

This is how it looks now!  Big improvement.  Since this picture was taken we started backfilling and leveling out the area for the market.
